Sifat Ghayur Commandant (FC) accepted Martyrdom

Sifat Ghayur, Commandant Frontier Constabulary, accepted martyrdom in a blast at Saddar FC Chowk area of Peshawar, Capital City of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Province of Pakistan. It was reported that the martyrdom was a result of suicide attack when his vehicle stopped at a traffic signal.
Siffat Ghayur was a brave man, honest officer and a great commander. He had a strong faith in leading from front and was one of the leading officers dealing terrorism in Khyber Pakhtunkwa.
He started his career as an ASP in Peshawar and remained CCPO of Peshawar as well. He served in National Police Academy too. His subordinates used to look up to him as an exemplary officer.
