Recently I have been admitted at a university in US and plan on doing my MBA from there starting from Aug 2009. By the time I do my MBA I will be 29 years of age. I want to know whether I can apply for CSS as I have recently read in a newspaper that the upper age limit will be relaxed by 5 years. Though the statement came from the FPSC Research Director, there is no mention of it on the css website. Kindly guide me whether I should go for my masters and then apply for css or should I sit for the exam first.
