If you study these types of cases in detail you will see that, that kind of situations only emerges when girls show willingness and prove the freehand rather in the hope of long-term relation or willingness. We can also have examples of many females around us who are coming out of their homes to work/study and no one even dare or think of exploiting them while you can also have examples from you surrounding of those who are trapped even if they are in close eye or have less excess to the outside world. In Islam we all have been provided with the absolute code of conduct for both men and women and i think only those are exploited who cross or don't follow that code of conduct provided by Allah Almighty, hence there may be exceptions but these are very few in numbers and these are the tests from God. I will only say that, no one can even dare to exploit anyone or is able to exploit anyone unless he see the potential of being exploited. But i think, this is not whole truth. in university setting except at places where girls may be coerced into this heinous act, girls should bear some brunt of responsity. they must be at a continous guard over themselves. those girls and boys who join universities are not as backward in terms of mentality as this picture depicts... they take all their decisions and they bear responsibility for this. a girl is made to yield to desires of a boy when he promises to marry her. and girls fully realising implications that this is a chance, they give it try and give access to a boy and in result they are trapped, then these same girls incite emotions. so i think girls are equally involved in atleast some cases. reading this story touches emotions. there are many stories like this in which poor girs are trapped .

It is quite disgusting as Muslims that we tend to take advantages of things like this to meet our own perverted goals. An organization should be formed which deal specifically with sexual harassment in the workplace as well as in colleges etc. Btw ty Farrukh for bringing this up.
