@adnan khan:
O.K that fine with me now but it ought not appear as punishment to the child since it will leave a wrong impression on his mind.

Thanks for the appreciation dude!

Keep coming back and it will be highly appreciated if you will leave your opinion.

thanks.
i havnt supported corporal punishment in my reflection on the topic.there is difference between punishment and corporal punishment.
simple punishment can be in the forms that dont result in anything negative such as asking a child to write a given lesson more than usual and so on.while corporal punishment is pertaining to bodyhurting.i havent supported the latter one.
Any way, Dr. u are very creative and outstanding for evolving such a unique way to practice writing.

@Adnan:

Very well said but I would say only one thing, we can not justify corporal punishment on any ground it's counter productive.

INTRODUCTION:

Punishment to the child student is very useful act provided it is not harsh and is only aimed at the betterment of the student.However, harsh punishment to a student child can never be justified as the consequences of such an act can produce pychologically dangerous effects not only on the child punished but also on the other students.

  CAUSES:

                 Why such a harsh punishment ,as meted out to a seven-year old indian girl, are common.In fact , fault goes to the teachers who resort to such punishments and not to the children fall prey to such wrongs just because they lag behind.A close observation of such school will reveal that most of the reachers are not well -qualified. They either lack necessary qualifications or ignore the pychological fallout of such punishments.
        Moreover, the parents also do not react and either favour teachers or presurise and scold the child already suffering.The case of indian girl albeight was harsher but it was igorance of parents that led that teacher to such an extent.

  EFFECTS OF SUCH PUNUSHMENT:

          As for effects of such punishments, they do affect the child physically as well as pychologically.Sometimes, physically these punishments result in injuries.Moreoften , handpalms and fingers hurt as club are struck on them in the form of punishment.sometimes ears are twisted , nose is pressedand somtimes slapping is there.whatever the form of th punishments, these are not good for the children.
       The effects of the pychological punishments are more deeper than the physical ones.As the children go to school for learning such punishments drive them away from schools.Often such chilren are found at vedio games shops in the school time of play games with those who dont go to school.Even some children are found in the tea hotels, oblivios of the fact that just eschewing school can bring dark tsunami to their futures.
      severity of the case of indian girl was more serious.As the girl was forced to strip before all students , she would have lost here self respect in the eyes of others.The likey effects are that onwards she would avoid to have company with the other student and will take a long time to concentrate on books as whenever she would go to school she would be reminded of cruel punishment.

   SUGGESTED REMEDY:

                 such heinous practices fall in domain of child abuse which is a crime.In order to curb it strict orders be passed by higher authorities so that such crimes may not be commited again.In thist context parents should be awre of how their child is going in terms of performance and should aslo react strongly over such punishment.Pychology of teaching be taught to the newly recruited teachers and should be inherent pat of their training.After all these things are implemented ,one can hope for better outcome.

The act of taking of clothes in front of anyone not related should be considered foreplay, and hence be brought under sexual activity. A sexual activity involving a minor her age should have been considered Pedophilia. I am sad for the girl's and for her poor lawyers.
