Jamil Asghar Shar is a PhD student who had this dream of serving his nation. Though he has humble socioeconomic background but he proved his mettle by winning dual scholarship from Pakistani and Chinese Governments for his PhD in China. This bright fellow is future of Pakistan and he is fighting for his life after suffering Brain Hemorrhage. Jamil is admitted in hospital in intensive care unit. The health insurance is going to exhaust by May 03,2012; after that funds will not be available for provision of advanced life support to him at hospital. Therefore, Government of Pakistan, being responsible for health and well being of nation should step forward and provide funds to continue his treatment.
